Technology Solution Coordinator (m/f/n)

Your tasks
- You lead, analyze, follow-up, advise, and collaborate with stakeholders on demand management process and ensure all technical requirements are complete and documented
- You manage adequacy between business requirements and the integration of the solutions
- You follow the demands end-to-end, manage the planning, identify the resources with the IT domain leads, coordinate realization, and ensure final delivery to requester
- You interact with stakeholders on functional tests
- You are the main contact point for selected business and technical projects
- You understand, manage and administer IT services portfolio and digitalize the related processes on a continuous basis
- You guarantee the delivery of optimum Creos IT support and services to business users
- You develop and maintain technical documentation and associated operational procedures
- You support IT teammates and service desk
- You propose improvements of the technology infrastructure and technology services in conjunction with the Architecture and the other IT departments
- You follow up on industry innovations and latest trends
- You propose and follow up on quality assurance of the supported processes and procedures
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, Project Management or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- An ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain
- Knowledge in Azure and/or AWS is a plus
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
