Your tasks
The Billing Analyst is central to our billing operations, focusing on ensuring efficient billing processes and contributing to innovative billing solutions. Moreover, you will support the development of innovative digital products with a strong focus on the billing ecosystem, contributing to product development and customer satisfaction. Here´s what you´ll do:
- You monitor, analyse, and report on monthly billing activities using dedicated key performance indicators (KPI´s)
- You ensure that relevant reports are developed and computed on time, within scope and budget
- You ensure the definition and execution of testing-related activities
- You contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions. This includes new tools, reports, processes, and algorithms that improve billing and related topics.
- You ensure the definition and execution of testing-related activities (e.g. products, reports, processes etc.)
- You participate in the improvement and automation of the validation process for all billing relevant parameters
- You support quality assessment and assurance of billing
- You develop adequate reports and perform internal controls on financial figures related to grid invoices
- You prepare reports and presentations, by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
- You participate and ensure the execution of projects on billing-related topics
- You provide support to the billing team as needed
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in finance, engineering or another related field
- You have at least two years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of accounting and controlling principles and a strong interest to develop yourself in the financial area are essential
- Practical knowledge of agile and design thinking principles is considered an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick-learner and result-orientated person, with high ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
- Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German are mandatory; Knowledge of Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
