Your tasks
As Group Project & Portfolio Lead, you play a central role in ensuring that the Group’s strategic initiatives are effectively governed, prioritised and successfully delivered.
- You establish, maintain and continuously improve the Group Project Portfolio Management framework, including governance, prioritisation, stage-gate processes, resource planning and portfolio reporting
- You manage the Group project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while providing transparency on priorities, dependencies, risks and resource allocation
- You lead strategic cross-functional programmes and transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and AI-related projects
- You coordinate complex projects involving internal stakeholders, external project managers and consulting partners, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, quality, budget and timeline
- You prepare portfolio dashboards and executive reporting, providing meaningful insights to support decision-making by the Group CIO and Executive Committee
- You promote project management excellence by defining standards, sharing best practices, organising training and supporting the continuous development of project management capabilities across the Group
- You manage and continuously enhance the Group’s project management toolset, ensuring efficient collaboration and consistency across the different entities
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management or a related field
- Solid experience in project and portfolio management within a complex organisational environment
- You have strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management methodologies and transformation programmes
- Certifications such as MoP, PgMP or PMP, ideally complemented by PRINCE2 or SAFe are considered an asset
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple strategic initiatives
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- You already use AI tools in your daily work, with a realistic view of their limits and of the governance rules that apply in a regulated environment
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and/or German will be considered a plus
