Responsible for Operational Grid Planning Electricity MV / LV

Your tasks
• You lead and coordinate the Operational Grid Planning team, take the lead in initiating investment and re-investment projects as well as connection requests for various asset types. You ensure timely and high-quality processing of connection requests in line with regulatory deadlines and service level commitments
• You act as primary point of contact for complex or escalated grid connection projects
• You validate customer offers for technical and commercial accuracy and consistency with the customer’s request
• You assess and approve internal project credit requests (Demandes de Crédit) by reviewing project plan, investment justification, execution plan, and budget feasibility
• You provide regular reporting on Operational MV and LV Grid Planning activities, including statistics on request volumes, project progress, renewable energy integration, and technology deployment
• You collaborate with the Strategic Grid Planning team for the elaboration of long-term Distribution Network Development Plans
• You support Investment Management department in defining annual and multi-year budget planning for medium and low voltage networks
• You coordinate with the Innovation team to guarantee the systematic integration of Smart Grid technologies and flexibility solutions in the operational planning of grid connection projects
• You drive continuous improvement of digital tools and dynamic simulation models for advanced grid analysis and planning
Your profile
• You hold a university degree in Electrotechnics or equivalent
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function
• You have a collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You are results-driven and show a high level of initiative and engagement
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in German, French and English; Luxemburgish is considered as an asset
