IT/Data Business Analyst (m/f/n)

Your tasks

 

 

  • You gather, analyse and prioritise business needs in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • You model business objects into conceptional and logical data models to support the roll-out of the data strategy
  • You support the business in the setup of clear business definitions of the relevant data objects used across the company (Grid assets, Finance, Metering,…)
  • You translate business requirements into clear functional specifications to support the design and implementation of IT solutions
  • You map, analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and align them with the company's strategy
  • You coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), support go-live activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations
  • You train and support end users, providing guidance and documentation to facilitate the adoption of new applications and functionalities
  • You manage the lifecycle of business requests, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline and budget
  • You act as the key interface between Business and IT, facilitating communication, decision-making and continuous collaboration
  • You monitor and continuously improve IT-supported business processes while ensuring compliance with governance, service quality and business objectives

 

 

 

 

Your profile

 

 

  • University Degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have first experiences in business analysis, data modelling and process modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation
  • You show entrepreneurship and are results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong problem-solving ability
  • You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German; Luxemburgish is considered as an asset
