Grid Controller CDD (12 months) (m/f/n)

Your tasks

 

 

•    You provide guidance and SAP support to the department Heads of Creos Luxembourg regarding the forecast and budget processes (deadlines, KPIs and KFIs definition and computation, main assumptions, SAP loading).
•    You run SAP closing for Creos Luxembourg Controlling and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to Group and Creos CLC in collaboration with the department team.
•    You analyse and explain deviations between actuals and forecast/budget and support Managers in defining mitigation actions.
•    You deliver ad hoc financial analyses and recommendations to Creos Management and the Group.
•    You liaise with Group finance and Controlling on finance topics.
•    You support internal and external audits and other finance-related consultancy work.
•    You lead and/or support Finance and IT projects. 
•    You define and implement improvements and automation of Grid financial controlling processes.
•    You leverage incentive regulation to identify process improvements and optimize Grid results.
•    You maintain the Grid analytical structure and provide training and support to departments.

 

 


Your profile

 


•    You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy or a related field.
•    You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
•    You collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and business teams across the organization.
•    You have strong analytical skills and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
•    You are result-oriented and take ownership of your work.
•    You work with a high level of engagement and proactively drive continuous improvements in controlling processes.
•    You are proficient in English and French, with additional knowledge in German and/or Luxembourgish being a plus.
