Fullstack Developer (m/f/n)

Your tasks
- You design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and Svelte web applications for our national energy data platform
- You implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless data integration and communication between services
- You implement responsive and accessible user interfaces across all platforms
- You support the maintenance of a consistent design language across product interfaces by following established UI standards
- You collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust software solutions
- You ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- You write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards
- You participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers
- You debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and stability
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
- You stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our platform
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- You have at least 4 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Agile mindset, strong communication skills and team player mentality, as well as enjoy building knowledge and developing talent
- You are result-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment
- You have experience with RESTful API design and development, and you demonstrate proficiency in Typescript and UI frameworks (e.g. Svelte, React, Angular or Vue)
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modelling
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of German and/or French is considered an asset
