Your tasks
- You contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions. This includes new tools, reports, processes, and algorithms that improve billing and related topics
- You monitor, analyse, and report on monthly billing activities using dedicated key performance indicators (KPI´s)
- You ensure that relevant reports are developed and computed on time, within scope and budget
- You ensure the definition and execution of testing-related activities (e.g. products, reports, processes etc.)
- You participate in the improvement and automation of the validation process for all billing relevant parameters
- You support quality assessment and assurance of billing
- You develop adequate reports and perform internal controls on financial figures related to grid invoices
- You prepare reports and presentations, by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
- You participate and ensure the execution of projects on billing-related topics
- You provide support to the billing team as needed
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in a related field
- You have at least two years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of agile and design thinking principles is considered an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick-learner and result-orientated person, with high ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
- Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German are mandatory; knowledge of Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
