Welcome Day

The Welcome Day, intended for new employees of the Group, is organized several times a year and allows you to familiarize yourself with the company and to meet other employees that were recently hired in the different centers and entities of the Group.

After a welcome speech and a presentation of the Group by one of the members of the Executive Committee, several speakers present their respective areas of activity and services.

In addition, you will be given a "Welcome Pack" containing all the information you need to get off to a good start in the company.

To complete the integration phase and ensure that the first few months within the Group are a success, a follow-up by the HR team is organized for each new employee.
