Your tasks 
 

 

  • You monitor and analyse trends and developments in the energy market to identify opportunities 
  • You support the development of new business areas in the field of energy transition (sustainable building, energy efficiency, energy management, renewable energy and electromobility)
  • You define technical, commercial, and financial concepts, including the preparation of business cases
  • You actively collaborate with all Group companies to develop and implement new businesses
  • You effectively identify, evaluate and set-up external partnerships throughout the value chain
  • You adequately analyse and evaluate sales figures for new businesses
  • You assist in the continuous improvement and development of products to anticipate trends in the energy market
  • You draft accurate reports that you will present to support management and decision-making processes
  • You support continuous evaluation and adaption of the strategy in the field of technical services
  • You support the Head of Department to implement the strategy of the group in the subsidiaries of Teseos

 

 

 

Your profile

 

 

  • You have a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar function 
  • You show a high level of initiative, engagement, and proactivity regarding project management 
  • You have strong analytical mindset, combined with an autonomous and organized work attitude
  • You are a result and team-oriented player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German
  • A strong interest in the Energy sector will be considered as an asset
