Group Consolidation Lead (m/f/n)

Your tasks

 

 

  • You coordinate and oversee the monthly Group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting
  • You review consolidation activities and entries, reporting packages and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring data quality and compliance
  • You analyse complex transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatments under Lux GAAP
  • You prepare and review consolidated financial statements, disclosures and audit documentation
  • You consolidate the Mid-Term Plan and support Group Controlling activities
  • You act as key contact for auditors and support the resolution of technical accounting and consolidation matters
  • You drive continuous improvement of consolidation processes, methodologies and documentation
  • You serve as key user for SAP Group Reporting, supporting system enhancements, automation and Finance transformation initiatives
  • You provide technical guidance to Finance stakeholders and ensure consistent application of consolidation requirements across the Group
  • You support strategic projects, including acquisitions, restructurings and financing transactions, assessing their impact on consolidated financial statements

 

 


Your profile

 

 

  • You hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • You have at least 5 years of experience or more in a similar function
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, transforming complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence Finance teams and stakeholders across the Group
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and BI tools, with a keen interest in automation, data analytics and process optimization
  • Proactive in developing new skills, embracing innovation and promoting best practices
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish, French and/or German is considered a strong asset
