Responsible for Infrastructure & Cloud Services (m/f/n)

Your tasks

 

 

  • You define and execute the infrastructure and cloud services strategy aligned with business objectives
  • You design, govern, and evolve hybrid and multi-cloud achitectures
  • You ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure services
  • You lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and cloud engineering teams
  • You establish and maintain infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps
  • You define roles, responsibilites, and operational/on-call models
  • You conduct performance management, workforce planning, and skills development
  • You guarantee the delivery of optimim Creos IT support and services to business users
  • You develop and maintain technical documentation and associated operational procedures
  • You propose improvements of the technology infrastructure and Cloud technology services in conjunction with the Architecture and the other IT departments
  • You are actively involved in IT on-call duty, and BCP and DRP organization
  • You follow up on industry innovations and latest trends

 

 

 


Your profile

 

 

  • You hold a university degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, Project Management or equivalent
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function
  • An ITIL foundation certification will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain
  • Knowledge of Azure and/or M365 environments and on-premises Microsoft & Linux based servers
  • Knowledge in Digital Workplace with staging/deployment of endpoints with MECM/Intune
  • You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
