Your tasks

•    You provide guidance and SAP support to the department Heads of Creos Luxembourg regarding the forecast and budget processes (deadlines, KPIs and KFIs definition and computation, main assumptions, SAP loading).
•    You run SAP closing for Creos Luxembourg Controlling and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to Group and Creos CLC in collaboration with the department team.
•    You analyse and explain deviations between actuals and forecast/budget and support Managers in defining mitigation actions.
•    You deliver ad hoc financial analyses and recommendations to Creos Management and the Group.
•    You liaise with Group finance and Controlling on finance topics.
•    You support internal and external audits and other finance-related consultancy work.
•    You lead and/or support Finance and IT projects. 
•    You define and implement improvements and automation of Grid financial controlling processes.
•    You leverage incentive regulation to identify process improvements and optimize Grid results.
•    You maintain the Grid analytical structure and provide training and support to departments.

Your profile

•    You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy or a related field.
•    You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
•    You collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and business teams across the organization.
•    You have strong analytical skills and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
•    You are result-oriented and take ownership of your work.
•    You work with a high level of engagement and proactively drive continuous improvements in controlling processes.
•    You are proficient in English and French, with additional knowledge in German and/or Luxembourgish being a plus.

Tasks (max. 10 tasks)

1. Provide guidance instructions and SAP technical support to the department Heads of Creos Luxembourg regarding the forecast and budget processes (deadlines, KPI and KFi s definition and computation, main assumptions, SAP loading) to ensure a successful process and reliable figures.
2. Run SAP closing for Controlling Creos Luxembourg (representing 90-100% of the group result) and prepare on due time the monthly and quarterly reports to Group and Creos CMC in collaboration with the other members of the Controlling department.
3. Analyse and properly explain deviations between actuals and forecast/budget for Creos Luxembourg and support the business Managers in developing mitigation actions.
4. Provide ad hoc financial analyses to Creos Management and the Group on different topics/KPI/KFIs and propose recommendations.
5. Liaise with Group finance and controlling departments on finance topics.
6. Support in internal and external audits, or other consultancy work on finance topics.
7. Run (and/or support in IT) projects for Finance. Define and implement improvements/automatization to the Grid financial controlling processes.
8. Take opportunity of the incentive regulation to propose process improvements and optimizations in order to maximise grid results.
9. Implement and regularly update the adequate analytical structure for the Grid and support the different departments with trainings.

Responsibilities (max. 5 responsibilities)

• Ensure the data quality and consistency in SAP and all Controlling reports.
• Ensure the transparency of business results, finance processes and thus contribute to higher economic effectiveness.
• Ensure a consistent communication with the management of Creos as well as Group Finance/Controlling and other stakeholders.
