Internship in Human Ressources - Learning and Development (m/f/n)

Departement : Human Resources| Location : Esch | Desired duration of internship: 3-6 months

Your tasks 

As an intern in the Learning & Development team, you will get the opportunity to work on different topics.

Digital Learning

• You create content with our internal tools
• You are in charge of the content mapping for our internal catalogues
• You review and update our Learning Management System

Learning Catalogue

• You share your ideas for promoting our existing courses
• You review and update our learning catalogue
• You search new courses aligned with our mapped competencies
• You will assist in the organisation of our language courses

Others

• You support co-funding reimbursement
• You edit and publish Learning News of the week
• You implement and follow-up the Buddy program

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• As a team player, you can collaborate and support external and internal partners 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish are an asset.
