Internship in Compliance (m/f/n)

Department: Compliance/Secretary General | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette| Contract: Internship (6 months)

 

 


We are seeking for a motivated intern looking forward to gaining practical experience in ethics and compliance as well as related processes (training, risk management and monitoring) within a dynamic work environment. As an intern for 6 months, you will support our compliance endeavors to improve the compliance program while developing a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and best practices.

 

 


Your tasks

 

 

  • You assist in the review and analysis of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You support the Compliance Officer in conducting risk assessments.
  • You help maintain and update compliance documentation, including training material and policy manuals.
  • You participate in compliance training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • You monitor changes in regulations and assist in implementing necessary adjustments to company policies.
  • You collaborate with various departments to facilitate compliance initiatives and projects.
  • You assist in preparing reports and presentations related to compliance activities.
  • You conduct research on compliance issues and best practices.
  • You help design and develop compliance training programs 
  • You develop/support the development of appropriate monitoring processes in connection with identified risks.
  • You prepare/review/gather compliance reports for the governance bodies of the Encevo Group.

 

 


Your profile

 

 

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in French and English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish is considered an asset.
