Your tasks
 

  • You supervise and operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • You supervise and operate user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third party systems
  • You support HR units in the digitalization of their processes
  • You supervise and maintain the user permission in HRIS systems
  • You carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS
  • You work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system
  • You perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
  • You follow up on all projects within the HR department
  • You collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes (PMC2, procurement, …)

 

 


Your profile

 

 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in the field
  • You are a team-player but also capable of working independently
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • You are proficient with IT tools and systems
  • You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English
