Release Quality Specialist (m/f/n)

Your tasks  

•    You oversee planning, coordination, and optimization of software releases, ensuring timely and efficient deployment
•    You develop and implement automated testing procedures to enhance software quality and reliability
•    You maintain and improve IT processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies and guidelines
•    You collaborate with various stakeholders to align processes with organizational objectives and standards
•    You define and implement automated documentation processes to streamline information management within the team

Your profile

•    You hold a university degree in IT and/or have an equivalent professional qualification in process management or release management
•    You have a strong understanding of IT processes, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members
•    Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of software releases
•    Experience in implementing automated documentation and testing solutions, improving team efficiency
•    Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and optimize workflows
•    Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of German and/or French will be considered as an advantage
