Innovation & Digitalization Analyst - Customer Portals & Apps (m/f/n)

Your tasks
• You participate in (and lead when applicable) digitalization initiatives, products and/or concepts in the Sales Business Unit, mainly focusing on Customer Portals, Digital & Salesforce initiatives
• You continuously improve on our online channels and customer portals
• You oversee the overall customer experience, and new functionalities development for our online portals and apps
• You document and improve existing processes and deliver clear analysis documents, establishing yourself as interface between business and IT teams
• You establish yourself as a change agent and ease the optimizations’ acceptation across the impacted operational functions and stakeholders
• You participate actively in the BU Sales’ products and services management activities, including post-deployment support, management of providers and continuous improvement
Your profile
• You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
• You ideally have a previous working experience in the energy sector or in consultancy
• You have worked on projects related with the Salesforce ecosystem and/or Data Analytics
• You have a direct experience in managing transactional websites/portal projects/apps
• You are focused on customer needs and result-driven
• You show creativity, motivation, and eager to learn with a high sense of attention to details
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered a plus.
