We're seeking an IT Process Automation Specialist who will be instrumental in identifying, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that drive operational excellence. This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll work closely with various IT teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of automation processes.

 

 

 

Your tasks  

 

 

  • You analyse Business and IT processes to discover areas ripe for automation
  • You design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency
  • You conduct tests to ensure automation solutions are accurate and high performing
  • You monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to maintain optimal operation
  • You create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and tools, to enable reusability and transparency
  • You provide training and support to staff on the optimized processes
  • You continuously seek ways to enhance and refine automation processes

 

 

 

Your profile

 

 

  • You hold a university degree in IT or equivalent, and have a strong understanding of BPMN
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation tools like UI Path and Power Automate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and optimize workflows
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of German and/or French will be considered as an advantage
