IT DevOps Specialist (m/f/n)

Your tasks

 

 

•    You design and develop APIs used by frontend application and ensure that APIs are well-documented and follow RESTful or other industry-standard principles .
•    You design and maintain  databases to store and retrieve data for frontend applications.
•    You optimize database queries for performance and efficiency.
•    You implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to app data using our oauth 2.0 authentication server. 
•    You put encryption and other security measures in place to protect sensitive data and you regularly update and patch security vulnerabilities.
•    You integrate the backend with external services and APIs and handling data synchronization between systems.
•    You implement logging mechanisms to track errors and system activities. 
•    You use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the backend codebase and coordinate with other developers through version control tools.
•    You conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability of backend code.
•    You support the development activities of innovative/digital projects and products.

 

 


Your profile

 

 

•    You hold a university degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
•    You have minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position. 
•    Strong skills in NodeJS and/or Python with both object oriented and functional programming 
•    You are able to write high quality and optimized code with a customer-oriented mindset. 
•    Experience with public clouds (AWS) containers (e.g. Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines, as well as Agile and tools like Jira and Gitlab/GitHub
•    You are familiar with API design, management, and best practices.
•    You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
