Your tasks 
 


•    You participate to the definition and execute the Digital Marketing Strategy into daily business and processes
•    You actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of the digital marketing ecosystems and platforms
•    You track, monitor and delivers KPI dashboards and identify improvement opportunities for the digital marketing platforms
•    You create and conduct customer analytics and reporting to identify and understand the behaviour of target audiences, and generate actionable intelligent data to enable objective decision-making
•    You support the creation of content and optimize technical SEO
•    You take part in digitalisation projects and closely collaborate with IT and Digital/Innovation teams
•    You launch and contribute to Digital Marketing initiatives aiming and improving the customer and employee experience in close collaboration with other departments
•    You create, test, measure and optimise Digital Marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on customer experience
•    You contribute to creating value to the company and our customers and optimising processes focuses on prospects, customers and market potentials

 

 

 

Your profile 

 

 

•    You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or equivalent 
•    You have preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position 
•    You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills 
•    You show a high level of engagement, initiative, and proactivity
•    You are ambitious, autonomous, flexible, and like to bring in new ideas
•    You demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in English and French
