Your tasks
Data Governance & Compliance
- You adhere to governance standards to ensure data compliance and alignment with internal frameworks
- You follow established procedures for handling and managing data securely and responsibly
Data Preparation & Analysis
- You gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- You support the development of reports, dashboards, and other data products that help inform business decisions
- You monitor and optimize data processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and security compliance
Innovation & Learning
- You proactively develop your skills by learning new tools, techniques, and methodologies in data analysis and engineering
- You stay up to date with industry best practices and contribute ideas for improving workflows and processes
Collaboration & Project Support
- You take ownership of defined components under guidance from senior colleagues
- You coordinate with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- You identify issues and propose solutions, escalating complex challenges when needed
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Economics, IT, Data Science, or a related field
- You have a first experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role
- You have a basic understanding of data governance principles and security standards
- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn and grow
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and excited to turn data insights into actionable recommendations
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage
