Business Performance Expert (m/f/n)

Your tasks 

• You develop and align process architecture, model processes and ensure that processes are existing and up to date
• You implement End2End Process Performance and Process Mining (based on business requirements) striving for operational efficiency and improved customer service
• You run process analytics with relevant stakeholders to detect operational weaknesses, risks and optimization opportunities 
• You propose solutions to improve process performance – assess solutions in technical, financial and operational fit to Enovos’ strategy and align it to the process architecture
• You support the operations in process modeling, documentation, optimization and harmonization
• You manage and/or coordinate the implementation and align with other teams
• You define meaningful performance indicators
• You coordinate the setup of an automated measuring system of all indicators in corresponding applications
• You implement measures to ensure data availability and quality
• You monitor the performance indicators and establish regular End2End performance reports with relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field 
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function or in the energy domain 
• You have strong analytical skills, are organized, focused on quality, able to identify problems and think solution-orientated
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German
