IT Endpoints Administrator (m/f/n)

Your tasks  



  • You monitor endpoints to proactively identify and solve operational issues
  • You perform endpoint management activities, patch management, daily checks and monthly conformance controls (servers and workplace)
  • You support other Group IT entities on daily management of endpoints
  • You help end-users on standard services (standard requests, incidents and changes) and applications 
  • You implement solutions for our Businesses and for our IT infrastructure 
  • You ensure all operational procedures, monitoring and support procedures are up-to-date and executed as required 
  • You guarantee an efficient incident management according to SLA 
  • You participate in the on-call 24/7 support of our critical infrastructure  
  • You provide daily reporting activities to the Responsible of the Service Desk
  • You act as Level 2 support on escalation from Level 1 to solve complex incidents and provide Level 1 support in case of overflow of activities 



Your profile 



  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma in IT 
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position 
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019 and 2022), services (M365, Azure AD/Entra, AD, GPO, MEM, MDM, licensing) and scripting (PowerShell)
  • You have working knowledge of network technologies and architectures
  • You are results oriented, resistant to stress and user oriented 
  • You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents 
  • You have good oral and written skills in French and English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
